On January 27, 2026, the Fund and the industrial company “Zhongyu Chuangxin” signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Business and Innovation Center for China-Europe Cooperation in Chengdu. Guided by the principles of mutual benefit, complementary advantages, and joint development, the parties established long-term and stable partnership relations in areas such as promoting bilateral economic and trade activities, jointly creating exhibition and trade platforms, coordinating the agro-industrial sector, fostering exchanges between sister cities, and cooperation in the field of smart cities.
The China–Armenia Regional Development Fund aims to promote economic, trade, and humanitarian activities between China and Armenia, acting as a bridge for international cooperation and a platform for resource coordination. The industrial company “Zhongyu Chuangxin,” relying on its global exhibition and trade base in Chengdu, possesses strong capabilities in industrial management, project implementation, and the integration of global resources.
Within the framework of the agreement, the parties will establish a permanent platform for international economic and trade exchange, provide services for the presentation, coordination, and promotion of high-quality Armenian products and enterprises in the Chinese market, and jointly conduct economic and trade negotiations, product presentations, and cultural exchange activities. The parties will also jointly promote the establishment of partnerships between sister cities of the two countries and advance the implementation of projects such as exhibition centers, trade complexes, and other facilities. Comprehensive cooperation in the field of smart parking will be organized to support the development of smart cities and improve management efficiency in Armenia. The parties will strengthen political interaction, information exchange, and resource coordination, actively seek support from bilateral policies, and improve conditions for cross-border trade and investment cooperation.
