UTC Global has entered into a strategic partnership with Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations to jointly promote the standardized application of two-dimensional IDcodes in Armenia
On September 9, 2019, UTC Global and Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations signedan international strategic general agreement in Beijing, China, and the two sides will jointly promote the standard and standardized application of international standard two-dimensional IDcode in Armenia. Zhang Chao, Executive Director of UTC Global, and Sergey Avanesov, Chairman of Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations, attended the meeting as representatives of both parties.
The "Preparatory International Organization committee on the Co-Operation in the Sphere of Two-dimensional Codes"
On the 22 August 2019 at the same time of the summit «2019 International Two-dimensional Code Industry Development Summit» a second closed meeting was held for the preparation of the Organisation in the Sphere of Two-dimensional codes 14 different representatives from 14 different countries took part, Including China, USA, Russia, France, Germany, Canada, Holland, India, South Korea, Egypt, Pakistan, Armenia, Sudan, and Jordan. The Participants unanimously agreed to officially create the «International Preparatory Committee Organisation for Co-operation in the Sphere of Two-dimensional Codes».
