The Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations offers large Russian companies to register companies in Armenia. The founders (beneficiaries) and the director will be individuals provided by Russian companies.

Companies will have accounts in $,€, ₽. Internet banking. Loyal attitude of banks will be provided. There will be no problems with export-import contracts and foreign currency transfers.

For individuals, if desired, personal accounts ($,€,₽) will be opened, debit cards and Internet banking will be provided. There are no restrictions on the transfer of personal funds.
