On July 6, 2023, the first international financial cooperation meeting between Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations and Jilin Province Hunchun Rural Commercial Bank was held in the headquarters building of Hunchun Rural Commercial Bank.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed the following directions of cooperation:
The parties expressed interest and willingness to joint cooperation. In the Jilin Hunchun Rural Commercial Bank CO., Ltd. The basic Company the Fund in China, Armenia China (Sichuan) Business Services Co., Ltd. , opened accounts in ₽, CNY, $, €. Fund is a 100% founder of the company with an authorized capital of $ 120 million. The parties agreed:
- carry out ruble payments of Funds partners, legal entities from Russia, Armenia, Belarus through Armenia China (Sichuan) Business Services Co., Ltd. with further transfer of received funds in $, € according details of legal entities;
- cash delivery (CNY)to banks, Funds partners ;
- the release of bills in CNY for Russian customers with the purchase bills in ₽; Together with Russian partners, FUND and Hunchun bank ensure the reception of payments from individuals , using ruble cards. The parties concluded a "Memorandum of Joint Activities", providing for a wide cooperation of the parties.
