In order to implement the program developed by Fund For Regional Development Chinese - Armenian Relations :
- attracting investments from China;
- attraction of Chinese partners and interested organizations for increasing export-import operations;
- creation of joint ventures on the territory of Krasnoyarsk region and China;
From June 28 to June 30, Krasnoyarsk was visited by Anna Lazakovich, Vice-President of the Fund for Work with Russia.
The main purpose was to negotiate with organizations headed by S.A. Muradyan, the key partner of the Fund.
During the visit, in order to implement the previously signed "Agreement on mutual cooperation between the Fund and "Sibagropromstroi", the areas of PZRK "AGROTERMINAL" were examined . A hotel complex, a large trade and exhibition complex, warehouses, concert and restaurant complex. A meeting with the General Director of the JSC Exhibition Company "Krasnoyarsk fair" Moskaleva Anastasia Aleksandrovna and the head of the rental department of LLC RRC "Agro-Terminal" Safaryan Argishti Levayevich was held.
As of today the area of RORC "AGROTERMINAL" is 75 hectares. On its territory there are warehouses of the temporary storage warehouse, farmers' market, trade pavilions, summer market, customs terminal with the area of sanitary and epidemiological control, parking for trucks, container platform, which is adjacent to the railroad tracks, which in its turn It is noted that Krasnoyarsk as a whole has a unique opportunity to implement the intentional plans for fruitful cooperation with China.
A meeting was also held in the Governor's Administration of Krasnoyarsk region with Tsareva Oksana Alekseevna, the Head of the Foreign Relations Department of the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk region, as a result of which certain agreements on mutual cooperation between the Krasnoyarsk region and China were reached. As a next step the President of the Found Dr. Sergey Avanesov is planning to visit Krasnoyarsk again, to meet with Mr. S. Muradyan to sign specific agreements and to organise a possible visit of the Krasnoyarsk region governor to China.
