The "Preparatory International Organization committee on the Co-Operation in the Sphere of Two-dimensional Codes"
On the 22 August 2019 at the same time of the summit «2019 International Two-dimensional Code Industry Development Summit» a second closed meeting was held for the preparation of the Organisation in the Sphere of Two-dimensional codes 14 different representatives from 14 different countries took part, Including China, USA, Russia, France, Germany, Canada, Holland, India, South Korea, Egypt, Pakistan, Armenia, Sudan, and Jordan. The Participants unanimously agreed to officially create the «International Preparatory Committee Organisation for Co-operation in the Sphere of Two-dimensional Codes». Zhang Xiaogang took part – Former President of the «ISO», Go Yanyan – Former Leader of the «Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of People´s Republic of China», Sergey Avanesov - President of the «Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations », Wang Ning - Representative of the «China Electronic Chamber of Commerce». The Conference was led by the Representative Zhou Yuan, Director of Research-Technical Committee of the Central Committee of the Democratic Union of China.
In his Performance Zhang Xiaogang noted, that Standards are the secret to development, prerequisite Collaboration in development of regions and the foundation for the understanding and co-operation between the countries. A big part of the plan is the creation of a «Preparatory International Organisation Committee on the Co-operation in the Sphere of Two-Dimensional Codes» to co-operate on creating International System Standards. Zhang Xiaogang pointed out, Development of Integration and to simplify the process of the global trade needs harmonization and International standards for two-dimensional codes. Relying on the issuer of the Identification codes and dual-dimensional codes for the creation of the «Preparatory International Organisation Committee on the Co-operation in the Sphere of Two-Dimensional Codes» has its perks. He hopes that experts in different countries will actively support «Preparatory International Organisation Committee on the Co-operation in the Sphere of Two-Dimensional Codes», will take part in co-operative: work will take the «International Two-dimensional Code Industry Development Summit» as an opportunity and a communicational bridge, and will together learn the International systems and trade results, Academic research, Research together, thought out support and other mechanisms, for us to get ready for the «Preparatory International Organisation Committee on the Co-operation in the Sphere of Two-Dimensional Codes», strengthen exchanges, deepen the pragmatics Brotherhood and Share achievements of the new Science-Technical Revolution.
Sergey Avanesov, the President of the «Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations» entered with a report about the use of two-dimensional codes in Armenia and Simplification of Procedures like transporting goods through borders. The Fund also signed the General Agreement with «Unified Two-dimensional Code Registration Centre» (UTC Global) on exclusive use of Two-dimensional Codes in Armenia, where the key points are, that both sides agree together to free themselves from border fees, exported from the Republic of Armenia to the People’s Republic of China goods like: Mineral Water, Wine, Cognac, Eco-safe conservatives, Juice, Fish products etc..., and will also agree work together to free themselves from border fees, exported from the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Armenia on the agreement of both sides. This General Agreement will be the first step for development and the distribution of the two-dimensional codes all over the world.
Zhang Chao, the Director of «Zhongguancun Industry and Information Research Institute of Two-Dimensional Code Technology» (ZIIOT) and Head of the Temporary Secretariat «Preparatory International Organisation Committee on the Co-operation in the Sphere of Two-Dimensional Codes», came out with a report on provisional work of the «Preparatory International Organisation Committee on the Co-operation in the Sphere of Two-Dimensional Codes» and showed the process of readiness of the «Preparatory International Organisation Committee on the Co-operation in the Sphere of Two-Dimensional Codes», work principles and the main goals of readying the Committee, road map and graphical readiness of the Preparatory Committee were fine-tuned, and it was announced that they were selecting candidates. The participants talked about the working mechanism and the recent progress of readying the committee.
This conference is a key part of the 2019 International Two-dimensional Code Industry Development Summit. Creation of the «Preparatory International Organisation Committee on the Co-operation in the Sphere of Two-Dimensional Codes» is another key achievement of the «2019 International Two-dimensional Code Industry Development Summit». «Preparatory International Organisation Committee on the Co-operation in the Sphere of Two-Dimensional Codes» will speed up development and plans to officially establish «International Organisation Committee on the Co-operation in the Sphere of Two-Dimensional Codes» during the «2020 International Two-dimensional Code Industry Development Summit».
