The delegation of the Republic of Armenia, with the participation of the Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations, held an official meeting with the human resources Department of Hainan province. The Head of the Human Resources Department provided information about the special preferences received from the Central government of the PRC in the province of Hainan, which contribute to the buildup of various highly skilled professionals from around the world in the province of Hainan. Thus, in the province there is an opportunity to officially work for specialists ranging from the bachelor's level to specialists in a narrow field, for example, in the field of services, medicine or scientists with a degree. In addition, obtaining the necessary permits in Hainan province is simplified in contrast to mainland China. 

 

As a result of the negotiations, the parties agreed on cooperation and exchange of experience in attracting world experts. The Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations proposed cooperation in attracting scientists and specialists in the field of agricultural and livestock biotechnology, who can bring the latest technologies to the agricultural sector, as well as create a cluster for the exchange of scientific experience of the two regions.
